Please note, we are a very small operation but we will endeavour to send your order to you as quickly as we can. If you need your order in a rush, it is advisable to contact us via email or give us a call so we can make this happen for you.

Delivery Costs

Our main delivery partner is Royal Mail but we will use other couriers when more appropriate. Currently we can only ship within the UK and we have two tiers of shipping based on weight and size which is calculated at checkout. The two tiers are as follows: 

Under 1kg - £3.50

Over 1kg - £5.50

We provide free shipping to the UK for all orders over £60
 
What products can you get into a 1kg parcel?
 
Approximately, 4 regular sized bags of coffee, two 440ml cans or three 330ml cans.

Click & Collect 

Place your order online and choose 'Pickup In Store' at checkout. We'll pack your order right away and send you a confirmation email. Your order will be ready to pick up during our shop opening hours. Due to space constraints, orders must be collected within 7 days. 

Dispatch Timings

All orders placed on Mondays - Thursday will be packaged that day and dispatched the following day.

Orders placed on Friday-Sundays will be dispatched on the following Monday.

We use Royal Mail first class delivery for UK addresses (please note that order to Northern Ireland, Highland and island addresses may take 2-3 working days) so once Royal Mail have received your order from us, your parcel should be delivered to you next working day. Please note that next working day delivery is not guaranteed by Royal Mail but is rarely not achieved.  

Missed Delivery

If our courier partners have attempted delivery but been unsuccessful they will leave a missed delivery card with details of how to arrange re-delivery. Please contact the courier using the details on the card to arrange re-delivery.

Breakages

We take an enormous amount of care in packing your order to make sure it arrives in the same great condition that it left us in. Breakages may, very occasionally, happen in transit so if your order arrives and one (or more) items are broken please take photos of the damaged items and get in touch with us immediately either by email or by phone.

‚ÄčOut of Stock Items

If an item you have placed an order for is out of stock in our store we shall contact you before packing and shipping your order. We will offer a substitute product of equal or greater value, or, if you prefer, a refund for the out of stock item. Your order shall not be shipped until we have received written confirmation from you either way.
